In short: gold coins are a one-off purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel. We refund a pack you have not spent any coin from within 14 days, no questions asked. The full terms are in the Public Offer.
Refunds
- 14 days, nothing spent. If no more than 14 days have passed since the payment and no gold coin from that pack has been spent, we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
- At least one coin spent. The pack is no longer refundable — that part of the service was supplied in full at the moment it was performed. There is no partial refund.
- A failed operation. If a coin was spent on an operation that produced no result, it is returned to your balance automatically and does not count as spent.
- An account closed through no fault of yours, or the Service shutting down — we refund the gold coins you had not spent.
- Silver coins are free (welcome and monthly) and are never refunded in cash.
How to ask
- Write to support@buzzo.fun from the address on your account.
- Give the date of the payment.
- We answer within 3 business days.
The money goes back to the same card in the same currency. How quickly it arrives depends on your bank and usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
Payment
Payments are processed by a payment service provider, named on the payment page. We neither receive nor store your card details. You are charged in Ukrainian hryvnia; a dollar price is converted at the National Bank of Ukraine rate on the day of payment and rounded up to a whole hryvnia.
